Subsequently, I started another business venture, and again was advised by various government departments including the Office for Government Commerce (OGC) that I should make contact with specific government agencies, With extreme regret, I have been subjected to the same experience as detailed above, as well other extreme forms of deprivation and financial and business loss, because the government has removed access to legal aid for civil cases and I cannot afford the high legal fees needed to engage legal representation. I am currently ( = 72 years old ) and all attempts to pursue the matter in the courts without the help of legal advice has resulted in further extreme forms of deprivation - e.g.: the DTI through its agent Grant Thornton, made me bankrupt at Guildford County Court, there was no hearing and no trial, they simply applied on the telephone, and I was made bankrupt, this was subsequently oveturned - after a period of extreme stress and absolute determined effort, through (2) different courts, Brentford, Guildford and The Official Receiver, (ref. No: 918), the relevant documents are listed below. All attempts at getting a resolution of this sad and debilitating theft of my business by West London Training and Enterprise Council and other individuals employed by Business Links, which are government business support agencies and with whom I have had dealings in my quest to get support for my business has been met by denial by all government departments to which I have appealed for help. A direct result of the theft of my business by the various employees of government business support agencies, you can examine the various documents, in the sections below and in the leftt column. |
