I am travelling to France tomorrow but perhaps the following will help.

 

The project could start in December... but you could do some initial work in preparation by answering some of the questions in the specification form and in the assumptions.

 

I will be out of action for an operation early November but can still do some work remotely.

 

Payment terms are usually 25% up front and then payments on invoice on completion of each stage based on the number of days and the outputs.

 

I would expect the launch to be in April, which would allow for the development, testing, marketing etc.
