Meenu Vora, Managing Director.
Meenu Vora is Managing Director of the IT Skills Forum which is now
nearing completion of its third year. Before joining the IT Skills Forum
Meenu was Executive Director of the West London Training and Enterprise
Council, responsible for IT and Marketing. It was in this capacity that
she directed a major study which established that inadequate skills to
exploit the full potential of IT was a serious obstacle to the growth and
competitiveness of business and the UK economy. This study led to the
development of the IT Skills Forum as an action body to overcome this
obstacle. The Forum now has over 40 members, ranging from large public and
private sector organisations to colleges and TECs. It has a Managing Board
made up of industry leaders.
