Dr Phillip Blackburn, by his deliberate actions are in breach of Confidence and Copyright, (ref: Designs and Patent Act (1988)), by his deliberate actions of passing the contents of the Claimant's business plans and other documents, in part or in whole to third parties.

Dr Phillip Blackburn, by his deliberate actions and the induced actions of others under his control, relinquished and / or disregarded or was negligent in his Duty of Care to the Claimant, which as a direct result, contributed to the Claimant's losses.

Dr Phillip Blackburn, by his deliberate actions of utilising in part or in whole the Claimant's business plans and other documents, in the building of a similar facility as described to them in confidence by the Claimant, are in Breach of Confidence.

Dr Phillip Blackburn, by his deliberate actions and as a direct consequence of the breaches of the terms and conditions set out by the Defendants and as laid out above, resulted in the Claimant suffering grievious losses and the total collapse of Claimant's business
